I am Patrick the owner and operator of 3rd Coast Residential Home Inspections. My journey into the world of home inspections was sparked by a personal experience during a recent home purchase. Realizing that the role and responsibilities of a home inspector would fit perfectly with my skill set and passions. My formal inspection education was through InterNACHI, a renowned global home inspection association.

My professional journey also includes hands-on experience in the trades. I worked with a certified roofing contractor in the western suburbs of Chicago, for several years gaining practical insights roofing structure. Additionally, I dedicated 6 years to a home remodeling team, a meticulous remodel and general contracting company serving the Chicagoland area.

Beyond my work in home inspections and the trades, I proudly serve as a firefighter with two decades of experience. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving diverse communities, that include the western suburbs and Chicago. I am currently assigned to a special operations unit covering the south side of Chicago. With a blend of expertise in home inspections, construction, and firefighting, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive and reliable inspection services to clients throughout Chicago and its suburbs.

In my personal life, I'm a devoted husband and proud father of two.
